Mission

Make buildings autonomous.

Pascal gives buildings context and agency, automating operations from diagnosis to dispatch to completion.

Why we exist

Buildings are some of the most valuable assets people own—and some of the most painful to operate. When something breaks, the process is reliably inefficient: missing history, unclear scope, repeated explanations, slow back-and-forth, and inconsistent outcomes.

We built Pascal to change that. We believe a building should behave less like a static structure and more like an intelligent system: it should “remember” what it is, understand what's happening, and coordinate the work required to keep itself running.

What Pascal is

Pascal is the intelligence layer for buildings.

We create a persistent, property-specific context—then use it to automate the workflows that typically require hours of human coordination.

Over time, the building becomes easier to maintain because it is no longer starting from zero on every job.
