We are building Pascal to fundamentally reinvent how humans own, manage, and live in homes. Our mission is to make home simple—like it should be.

We believe homeownership should be instant, automated, and intelligent. A person should be able to buy a home in a day, just like a phone or a car. Managing a home should feel like having a digital concierge—always on, never forgetful, doing everything for you. No agents, no paperwork, no stress. That's what Pascal is.

Phase 1: AI upgrade for your home

No funding. We're starting small and open-source. Just an app and a mission.

Self-serve tool that lets you scan your home in 3D using an iPhone or iPad. Upload your mesh. Generate your floor plan. Share your context. Homes context actually useful for robots, contractors, and AI to understand your home.

This isn't just for homeowners. It's for hackers. Builders. Weirdos. We're building a tight-knit community of DIYers who want to map the real world—not just to view it, but to operate it.

The goal:

Phase 2:

With seed capital, we will build the Pascal Trust Engine. This is the missing piece in making homes as transferrable as digital assets. Every home becomes owned by a trust, and Pascal becomes the Plaid for trusts: an API and user experience to spin up, update, and transfer trust ownership in real time. Beneficiaries can be added or removed. Homes can be transferred at the push of a button. No title company. No lawyers. No friction. By bundling trust infrastructure with digital ownership and AI assistance, Pascal becomes the gateway to fast, legal, verifiable home transfer. This unlocks buying and selling homes in hours instead of weeks.

Phase 3:

With enough capital and traction, Pascal will build the first AI-native financial layer for housing. We will launch an AI bank and AI insurer purpose-built for home ownership, where everything from mortgage origination to repair reimbursements is handled by autonomous agents, not people. We will use the real-time photogrammetry scans and home data to dynamically price risk, detect fraud, and schedule repairs. The home becomes a live, intelligent financial entity that pays its own bills, schedules its own maintenance, and even applies for its own insurance.

Long-term:

Every home on Earth should be represented as a digital object—scanned, insured, maintained, and legally owned by a trust. Homes should manage themselves. People should not be landlords or accountants or project managers. They should live. Pascal will make that possible.
