Pascal Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Pascal platform to:

  • break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • harass, threaten, or endanger any person, including Pascal employees, contractors, or partner technicians;
  • request services in a property you are not authorized to manage;
  • damage, disable, or impair the Platform or any other person's use of it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform without Pascal's written permission;
  • use Pascal data, content, or output to train or develop automated systems or competing products without Pascal's written permission;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, or harmful;
  • circumvent any rate limit, technical restriction, or access control;
  • send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam;
  • introduce viruses, worms, ransomware, or other harmful code.

Violations may result in suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
