Pascal SMS Communications Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Pascal (on the website, in the app, or verbally during a call with a Pascal representative), you agree to these SMS Communications Terms.

Messages you'll receive

You may receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, service status and completion summaries, storm and weather-related operational notices, and customer support follow-ups. Messages may come from Pascal Group Inc. or, where the underlying service is provided by Pascal Home Services, Inc., on Pascal Home Services' behalf.

Frequency

Frequency varies. You can typically expect 0–10 messages per service request and occasional messages outside an open request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Pascal does not charge for SMS.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Pascal SMS, or contact Pascal support at (628) 800-0845, to opt out. You may also opt out by adjusting your in-app notification preferences or verbally during any customer service call.

Consent and data sharing

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. We will not share your originator opt-in data and consent with any third party.
