Delete Your Account

Pascal lets you delete your account directly inside the mobile app. This page explains the in-app flow and how to request deletion if you can no longer access your account.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Pascal and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Account screen.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the warning screen and confirm deletion.

When the in-app deletion flow succeeds, your Pascal account is removed and your active sessions are revoked. Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you change your mind. Some records may be retained beyond this period where required for shared property records, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

2. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@pascal.app from the email address associated with your account, or call (628) 800-0845. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a manual deletion request.
